Two Fatalities, Two Hospitalized after Car Crash in Brandywine, Maryland

According to a representative from the Prince Georges County Fire and EMS, two people are dead and two are injured after a car accident on Route 5 in Brandywine, Maryland Wednesday night.
Around 9:30 p.m. Maryland State police say a Volvo sedan crossing Route 5 to continue its path onto Earnshaw Drive was hit by a Chrysler Pacifica traveling northbound on Route 5.
The crash was so forceful officials say it pushed the Volvo all the way into a wooded area off of Earnshaw Drive. Both of the Volvo sedan passengers were pronounced dead on the scene. We extend our condolences to family and friends affected by this horrific tragedy.
